Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of YappHub at app.yapphub.com, including its website, apps, command-line tool and AI-assistant connection (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use YappHub on behalf of a business, you agree to these terms for that business.
1. Accounts
YappHub is currently available by invitation. You must be at least 16, give accurate information, and keep your password and access tokens secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and workspace, including by teammates and client logins you invite. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you create or upload. You give YappHub a limited permission to host, store, process and transmit that content solely to provide the Service. For example, that includes publishing a post to the networks you choose at the time you choose. You confirm that you have the rights needed for the content you post, and that you are authorized to manage the social media accounts you connect.
3. Social networks and other third parties
YappHub works with third-party networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky and Mastodon. Your use of each network remains subject to that network's own terms and policies. When you use YouTube features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Networks can change or limit their services, reject posts, or revoke access at any time. We are not responsible for their actions, availability or content.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use YappHub to:
- post anything illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, deceptive or sexually exploitative;
- send spam or engage in inauthentic behavior, such as fake engagement or coordinated manipulation;
- impersonate others, or manage accounts you are not authorized to manage;
- break any social network's rules;
- probe, overload, scrape or disrupt the Service, or bypass its security or usage limits;
- share access tokens or invite links with people who should not have them.
5. AI features
The AI caption writer and hashtag suggestions generate content automatically and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review everything before you publish it. You are responsible for the content you choose to post.
6. Fees
The Service is currently free during the invitation period. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and you will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan.
7. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep YappHub running and to publish scheduled posts on time, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. A post may fail to publish because of network outages, revoked permissions or platform rules. Check important posts. We may change, add or remove features over time.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using YappHub and ask us to delete your data at any time (see data deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the Service or others at risk. Where reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to export your data.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- YappHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
- YappHub's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify YappHub against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these terms or a third party's rights.
12. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which YappHub's operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify account owners before they take effect, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
